![]() He was so surprised and not to mention stuffed from all of the food. After dinner they brought out a nice slice of cheesecake with a candle for his bday along with the cupcakes that I ordered. The drinks were the bomb! The crab cakes were all crab meat and lite panko! They have a huge menu with a lot of Asian fusion dishes and a separate sushi menu. We ordered so much food and it was ALLLLLLLL good! The sushi was fresh. The food was phenomenal omg! I couldn't find one complaint! The owner was so gracious he gave us a crab finger appetizer for free to get us started with the bread and butter. ![]() The ambiance was amazing! Very sexy but not over the top. this place is LEGIT!!! I reserved a table for 6 for my better half's 45th bday. We are so happy to have an upscale restaurant in this area and hope it will spur more to look at this location inside the loop. I am not good at reading lips.) Anyway.…….bottom line.……….we all enjoyed this restaurant for so many reasons and we all agreed we will be back. (You can hear the person to each side, but you have to really almost yell to the person across from you, or just shake your head, or laugh, and pretend you understood them. (Where were the raisins? I think I had one or two.……….) Note: The restaurant, acoustically, is very loud when it is full, and it was. It had a lot of potential, but just not there for me. For me, was sort of more like eating a piece of cake. However, it came with a big ball of vanilla ice cream (not expecting that either). (We don't know why the Baseball-cut description as it was just cut like a normal steak.) The White Chocolate Bread Pudding: This was not what I was expecting. It came with some lovely mixed vegetables and a parmesan-crusted garlic mashed potatoes dish served in a ramekin. (For $45 you cannot go wrong with this one.) Mine was perfectly cooked. Wagyu Baseball-cut Sirloin: Three of us had this dish. What a great way to use escargot dishes in another way!! (I plan to copy this at home.) The Blue Onyx Ravioli: The husband had this, and said it was just to rich (the sauce). I loved the presentation in which they put the crab claws in an escargot dish. However, for me, the sauce was overly rich. The Blue Crab Fingers: Beautifully presented and quite tasty. dinner, so not sure what it would be like at lunch as there are other businesses in the same center). Again, just a design flaw, but a little awkward. ![]() They can only wait on one small party at a time to check in and you have to sort of push your way past they party they are waiting on. The only design flaws I saw was that they did not give ample entry way space once you are at the host stand checking in. It is obvious the staff has been trained well. AND, they ALWAYS asked if they could take your plate away, even if it was empty (all restaurants should do this). Server was always checking with us, but not a "helicopter" server. Why it gets a five: The service was outstanding. This restaurant has so much going for it!!! I give it a 5 because so many things were "right on" versus the few things that were more deserving of a 4, but that may just be personal taste.
